2.	Mixes paints and primers per specifications
3.	Operates tank equipment to apply chemical filler protective coatings to a variety of aircraft parts.  
4.	Performs stenciling operations using spray gun or silk screening methods.  
5.	Required to adjust and/or clean spray guns, silk screens and other painting and/or processing tools and equipment.    
6.	Daily attendance is an essential for this position.             
	

EDUCATION &amp; TRAINING:

Ability to read, add and subtract whole numbers.  Also must interpret instructions, specifications and drawings.      

EXPERIENCE, SKILL, AND KNOWLEDGE:

Entry level position with 1-2 years experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working areas are naturally ventilated and mechanically heated when required.

Exposed to typical factory conditions such as engine noise, riveting, dust and chemical fumes, none to the extent of being intolerable.  Hearing, vision and bathing protection is provided in appropriate areas.

 Some exposure to elements of weather when traveling and/or commuting between buildings.

 Work may be performed while exposed to elements of weather.





PHYSICAL &amp; MENTAL CONDITIONS:

Requires lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
