          <description>Travel Management  Company Elkhart, Indiana:&lt;BR /&gt;We need Flight Trackers at our Elkhart, IN corporate headquarters.


The Flight Tracker analyzes and evaluates key types of information to ensure that each trip is safe, legal and is in the best interest of our customers and company.  This includes analyzing weather, airport conditions, crew legality, aircraft status and customer feedback.  The Flight Tracker also updates the PIC of changes in the trip, along with the customer and provides alternatives.

            
Duties of the Flight Tracker include but are not limited to the following:&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adhere to guidance of all company manuals, policies, and procedures.&lt;li&gt;Attend daily shift briefs with 100% of attention and participation.&lt;li&gt;Provide exceptional client service.&lt;li&gt;Receive and respond to trip requests from the sales team.&lt;li&gt;Confirm legality of aircraft, crew, and passengers in accordance with FAA and TSA regulations.&lt;li&gt;Check weather at Departure and Arrival Airports.  Monitor and communicate issues relating to aircraft performance and weather affecting safe and timely operations.&lt;li&gt;Check airport NOTAMS and approach plates.&lt;li&gt;Maintain Client Profiles for clients and owners.&lt;li&gt;Book crew hotel accommodations.&lt;li&gt;Build day of Pop-up trips.&lt;li&gt;Coordinate day of international trips.&lt;li&gt;Brief Broker / End User and Sales on trip contingencies.&lt;li&gt;Update Avtrak.&lt;li&gt;Enter and verify Trip times.  Verify paperwork.  Verify Duty on / off times.&lt;li&gt;Enter Risk Level Assessments.&lt;li&gt;Brief crew on day of trip changes.&lt;li&gt;Flight follow all company and chartered vendor aircraft both in-flight and scheduled for departure.&lt;li&gt;Locate subcontract aircraft as needed.&lt;li&gt;Direct Maintenance events by updating Sales and Customers on status and working on recovery with sales if needed.&lt;li&gt;Pass on information to other Flight Trackers and Flight Planners to ensure seamless handling of trips during any absences.&lt;li&gt;Communicate with Flight Planning staff and management any feedback and/or relevant issues.&lt;li&gt;Follow instruction from the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Flight Planning Manager, and other members of management as directed.&lt;li&gt;Travel to and attend seminars and industry events as needed.&lt;li&gt;Ability to work in a 24/7/365 operation, manage stress, and maintain flexibility in work schedule.&lt;/ul&gt;

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flight Coordinator to work in our Kinston, North Carolina based office (ISO).   It is a full-time position which will need to be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call.

Position Summary&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
To coordinate/communicate timely, accurate and efficient assignment of flights to crewmembers.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
 
Duties and Responsibilities&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Ensure all crewmembers are accurately briefed or re-briefed of any and all duty assigned by Delta AirElite scheduling department in accordance with the Delta AirElite Operations Manual, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, Federal Aviation Regulations, and department guidelines.
&lt;li&gt; Ensure required trip sheets and all other required trip documents are sent to and received by the appropriate flight department and/or crewmembers.
&lt;li&gt; Ensure all required customs, immigration, agriculture, international handling requirements, or foreign government regulations and requirements are met for every flight segment.
&lt;li&gt; Responsible for the accurate and timely flight following for the Delta AirElite fleet and any supplier providing lift and the efficient dissemination of such information to client services, scheduling, and all other interested parties.
&lt;li&gt; Responsible for obtaining, monitoring, tracking, and disseminating any operational restriction to daily operations including, but not limited to: Notams, AROs, noise restrictions, FBO hours of operation, and airport capabilities.
&lt;li&gt; Responsible for proactively monitoring weather and air traffic control status and any other possible schedule interruption to client services, scheduling, and all other interested parties as necessary.
&lt;li&gt; Coordinate and arrange all trip logistics for crew and passengers as required including but not limited to: catering, hotels, ground transportation, and airline services.
&lt;li&gt; Compile and analyze data related to the dispatch function, and prepare reports as required.
&lt;li&gt; Perform other duties as assigned by the Fleet Operations Manager.
&lt;li&gt; Must be highly knowledgeable of the Delta AirElite Operations Manual, FAA and International Regulations, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, and other pertinent information relating to his/her duties.&lt;/ul&gt;
Required Qualifications&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Knowledge of business jet performance capabilities.
&lt;li&gt; Excellent prioritization and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
&lt;li&gt; Creative problem resolution skills.
&lt;li&gt; The ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers
&lt;li&gt; FAA Dispatch License or equivalent experience.
&lt;li&gt; A bachelor&amp;lsquo;s degree in aviation, or equivalent experience.
