Provide customer service, answer phones, greet customers and support the program by organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files; planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, data management and retrieval, recordkeeping, coordinating travel arrangements and preparation of various reports/presentations. |
| Requirements: |
Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Microsoft Project preferred. Must possess professional phone etiquette and excellent organizational skills. |
