Looking for a MRO Quality Manager....
This person witll be the "owner" of the manual.
* Write procedures
* Develop procedures and processes
* Influence policy and procedure change in a POSITIVE manner
* Strong and compelling, influential leader
* Be a part of the fix
* Expert in FAR Quality Systems
* Should have ability and goal of maintaining quality manual
* Must be able to understand, meeting with and integrating customer requirements
* Be able to consider processes in terms of adding value
* Obtain results of process performance and effectiveness
* Continuous improvement of processes based on objective measurements
* FAA and customer liaison
* Background in MRO environment covering: commercial aviation, executive jet and military contracts
Must be able to speak, read and write english |

**AMAZING PEOPLE SKILLS NEEDED!!**QA background with the following. 1) Fluent in; Microsoft Word, using and editing field codes in a word doc. 2) Previous experience with 145 Chief Inspector or 121 QA management position. 3) Auditing; FAA, ISO, or AS 9001(AS 9110)4) FAR EXPERT5) Outstanding time management skills6) Outstanding verbal and written skills7) Full and complete understanding of the MRO environment8) STRONG FAA relationship backgroundMust have valid Driver‘s LicenseExperience must be current as it relates to this position.EOE |
