QUALIFICA TIONS:

Bachelor‘s degree in Management or education is desirable. Completion of USAF or equivalent Technical Instructor (TI), Instructional System Development (ISD) and Supervisor Training Courses is mandatory. 
EXPERIENCE 
Seven (7) years experience in RSAFSC or equivalent is required of which three (3) years must have been at the seven (7) level. Three (3) years experience must have been in performing or directing training functions, military education/training programs and as an advisor or manager and experience shall be current within the within the 	past three (3) years.
